Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing ATC Camps. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully received.
  • By making a reservation and completing the payment, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

2. Rescheduling

  • A booking may be rescheduled only once, provided the request is received at least 15 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
  • Rescheduling is subject to room availability.
  • If the revised travel dates have a higher tariff, the guest must pay the applicable fare difference.
  • If the revised dates have a lower tariff, no refund or credit will be provided.
  • Bookings made under special offers, promotional rates, or discounted packages can only be rescheduled during the applicable offer period, subject to availability.

3. Cancellation & Refund

  • No refund will be provided once the booking payment has been made.
  • Eligible bookings may only be rescheduled in accordance with this policy.
  • Any cancellation request received less than 15 days before the check-in date will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

4. No-Show Policy

  • If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior approved rescheduling, the booking will be treated as a No-Show.and 100% of the booking amount will be forfeited.

5. Early Departure / Reduced Stay

  • Any cancellation, early departure, or reduction in the duration of stay after check-in will attract a 100% charge of the total confirmed booking amount.
  • No refund or adjustment will be made for unused nights or services.

6. Peak Season & Blackout Dates

  • Rescheduling during Durga Puja, Christmas, New Year, long weekends, public holidays, and other peak periods is subject to availability and may not be permitted.

7. Force Majeure

  • ATC Camps shall not be held liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, landslides, floods, adverse weather, road closures, government restrictions, strikes, civil disturbances, or other force majeure events. In such cases, ATC Camps may, at its sole discretion, offer rescheduling subject to availability.
  • Refunds will not be provided unless required by applicable law.

8. Third-Party Bookings

  • Reservations made through travel agents, online travel agencies (OTAs), or other third-party platforms are also subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective booking platform.

9. Right to Refuse or Cancel Booking

  • ATC Camps reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any booking due to incorrect pricing, fraudulent transactions, safety concerns, violation of property rules, or circumstances beyond its control. Where applicable, liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the guest.

10. Check-in Requirements

  • All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID during check-in.
  • Failure to comply with applicable check-in requirements may result in denial of accommodation without any refund.
